August 8, 2023 – the House of Delegates passed an appropriation of $45 million to build a new facility at Marshall University for a new Cyber Security Center. I am pleased to have not only supported the measure, but to have closed debate on the issue on the House Floor advocating for the program. Here is my floor speech:

I am truly excited about the work Marshall University and President Brad Smith are doing to provide new job opportunities in a critical field.
